ummm excuse me?

So like many people of my age, I spent my saturday night celebrating, drinking and enjoying my youth. All in all, it was a fine party, maybe the best I can't say. Now as I'm enjoying myself I meet someone new I wont say his name but the guy did practise ninnujutsu so that was fairly cool.  We get to talking and someone shouts out "you two should make out!" 

The cry gets taken up by many others and it becomes many people's goal to get me and ninja boy to "make out" 

He was a lot more intrested in the idea than I was and I found it increasingly harder to tell him I wasn't intrested, probaly because behind my back my friends were telling him how much I REALLY liked him. Which caused him to sneak up behind me and kiss the back of my neck

So my question today is...... How would of you told him your not intrested. 

1. Just keep being polite let them down nicely

2. Get agrissive tell him to back off only language he will understand

3.  Run and hide, avoid for the rest of the night less awkward that way.

Though there are many ways to have handled this situation, I found that this whole problem wasnt mine or his fault, rather it was our friends fault for having a laugh at us. I'm sure in most sitsuations he would of got the signil quickly and moved on even with my friends encouragment. I think the message here, friends are cruel.
