I'm given it all she's got Captain!
That could of been me hearing that line on Friday the 15th, watching the recently released star trek film.
That could of been me hearing that line on Friday the 15th, watching the recently released star trek film.
Instead I was at home working on my future and doing assignments. Now all my friends have seen the star trek film and I alone haven't seen it.
So my question is Should I go see this film alone?

Some people may find it sad that I feel the need to surround myself with friends just to go see a movie, am I really that insecure?
Others might say going to the movies is a very social event and should be done with friends and going alone is sad.
And those other people might say "Do you really want to see this movie so bad you seem like your stressing about it just CBF it and see it when it comes out on DVD.
Are there any other ways around this..?
maybe you haven't seen the movie, want to see star trek with me? (lol that's sad)
Or just suck it up and see the movie and stop being so insecure.
what do you think?
Part 2
This has been an interesting one, though I have wanted to see the movie, I've realised that the movie going experience for me is no longer just about the movie. I feel its more about the being with your friends or family and sharing the experience of the movie. Even though its meant to be about enjoying or not enjoying it depends on the movie. I prefer the whole social situation of it all.
So I have decided not to see the movie, until i can see it in the comfort of my home, or download it illegally whatever comes first

I think we should go see the movie. Alone. Together, baby.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good movie. You should see it, I'd see it again. Spock is hot.
By God man I'm a blogger not an advice guru
